I had the pleasure of spending half the day with some of my favorite people at Aston Gardens Senior Living Community in Tampa. This is the same community where I call the Bingo numbers every Monday night for a lively group of 40 - 60 fun-loving seniors whom I've gotten to know and love over the past year. Aston Gardens held its annual Aging Well Expo, featuring exhibitors and presenters from around the Tampa Bay area. I had an exhibit table, which allowed me to meet and greet all the visitors, most of whom I know from Bingo. I also did a breakout session, explaining the ABCs of Aging Backwards.
